FAQ

  • Q: Do I have to Fundraise?
    A: NO! You can register as a “non-fundraising participant” for $40
  • Q:  Is there a discount for families?
    A: YES-ish. The entire direct family gets free admittance when one or more members raises $500 or more. Also, children 7 and under are free if you don’t choose to fundraise.
  • Q: What if I don’t meet my fundraising goal?
    A: Don’t give up! You have until the event date to reach at least $500 for free admittance for you and your family. If you do not raise at least $250 you can purchase tickets online or at the event. If you don’t hit your target pledge to you will get the level of prizes that you did reach.
  • Q: What is the Cancellation Policy?
    A: There are no refunds or exchanges. If there is a cancelation than your tickets will be credited to our next event and you will be informed about that. The event will take place rain or shine, but severe storms or lightning on the day of the event could result in a cancelation.
  • Q: Where do I park?
    A: There will be parking at the Navigators headquarters (by Glen Eyrie entrance), Garden of the Gods and inside the Glen Eyrie (for VIPs, bands, vendors and overnight guests). Shuttle services will be provided (there will be a minimal cost). Uber or Lyft is also a convenient option.
  • Q: Where is the fundraising money going?
    A: 100% of the proceeds will be contributed to the cause of LIFE! 50% of the funds raised will go directly to Life Network, our CO Springs Pregnancy Resource Center that services over 14,000 women, men and children each year with free services (Ultrasounds, Pregnancy Tests, Counseling, Baby Clothes, Education on sexual integrity and parenting and more!). 50% of the Funds will be used towards Stork Bus grants, training programs and other services for pregnancy resource centers and educating the general public about Save the Storks and pro-life initiatives. All other funds will go to build out another Stork Bus and help Save The Storks revolutionize the meaning of Pro-Life.

  • Stork Adventure Series (Saturday Morning): Hot Air Balloon Ride; Helicopter Tour over Garden of Gods; Rock Climbing; Jeep Tour; Manitou Incline; Plain Tour of COS, Summit Pikes Peak.
  • VIP Experience includes exclusive front row (sectioned off) seating and access to the VIP Tent with food, drink, artists and speakers.
  • Fast Pass will allow participants to access the best rides/activities with no lines!
  • The Madrigal is a Christmas Celebration at the Glen Eyrie Castle in December.
  • $200 gift card to “Bicycle Village” for the “all chrome BMX with 3-piece cranks”
  • Early-Bird admittance allows you into the grounds 1 hour prior to the start of the event. This is great for parking and lets you check out the grounds before the crowds!

  • 1-3pm @ Storks Headquarters – lunch and guided tour
  • 4pm @ Glen Eyrie – Check in for overnight guests
  • 6-8:00pm @ Glen Eyrie Castle – Royal Banquet
  • 545-800pm – childcare for families attending banquet
  • 8-9pm – Fire pit and gathering on the Castle Patio

Saturday, August 31st

  • 7am Breakfast @ Glen Eyrie
  • 8am-12noon – EPIC Adventures (approximate times)
  • 12noon – Early-Bird VIPs can enter Glen Eyrie grounds
  • 10am-1pm – Vendors and Activities set up
  • 1pm – Gates Open to Registrants – Check in, Vendor Fair, Activities and Music (DJ)
  • 2pm – Kids Fun Run (1/3 mile run for children under 8 years old)
  • 3pm – Color Run/Walk
  • 4pm – DJ, Opening Band and food/activities
  • 5pm – Music, Food Trucks, Activities, 2 brief stories from Stage
  • 6pm- Worship Band
  • 730pm- Headliner (Sunset is at 730pm)
  • 845pm – Laser Light Show
  • 9pm – Meet & Greet with band and fire pit on Castle Patio for VIPs
